I certainly am. If my yet to try/buy fixie pans out, m' bars are the bars I want to try first on it (it currently has bullhorn bars), and the shifts described for this bar sound excellent to my upright loving clay. With abandon, Patrick On Friday, April 19, 2013 6:37:21 AM UTC-6, Jay B wrote:

Yes, I was thinking the same as you Jay. Could be great, but why mess with perfection :-) Plus I like buying people's used M-bars when they decide they don't like them! Cheers, David On Fri, Apr 19, 2013 at 6:05 AM, Deacon Patrick lamontg...@mac.com wrote: I certainly am. If my yet to

I like the drop on current Ms, that's the only part that gave me pause. The shorter/wider/swepter aspects all sound good, and the flatter part might be okay as well. Should probably trust Grant on these things :-) Cheers, David On Fri, Apr 19, 2013 at 6:58 AM, Ron Mc bulldog...@gmail.com

It looks like a natural evolution of a resilient design. Less reach, less drop, a touch wider, and comes further back - all good. If I had any additional suggestion, it would be for a skosh more flat at the stem, so there was more room for my hands when I put them right up against the stem on

Yes, that would be nice. I don't use that spot much/at all as I go out on the levers on straight/flat sections. But yeah, another position never hurts! Cheers, David On Fri, Apr 19, 2013 at 7:17 AM, BSWP ashtab...@gmail.com wrote: It looks like a natural evolution of a resilient design. Less

Yep. I was both shocked and excited to read about this. The M's are my top bar, but if I were to nag it would be to bring the reach to the hoods in..this new iteration would be perfect. I do also like the idea of wider and maybe a slight flair, but those alone would not prompt a new purchase

I guess I'm one of the people who loves the current moustache bar. I feel that if something absolutely *had* to change about it, it would be a longer 'retreive' and nothing more.Call it the Fu Manchu or Wyatt Earp Edition or something.Anyway they definitely don't need to be wider

It reminds me of this Soma bar: http://www.somafab.com/archives/product/moustache-ii-bar I have this bar in its previous shallower drop version on an old Univega. I can't put my finger on it but it has always not felt right and I'll take the bike with the Nitto mustache any time. David On Apr
