[RBW] Rosco Platy build, v1.0

As with all things, plans and reality don’t always coincide but in this 
case my wife is very pleased with her new ride. Most of the parts were 
assembled on an old Royce Union mixte test mule that served for the time 
it’s taken to receive the Rosco Platy. 

The saddle is her favorite… and still to come, Al fender.

I finally fought off my cheapskate side and placed my pre-order. 60cm in
purple.

I may end up building it up as a fixed gear--the only spare rear wheel I
have in my inventory is a WI ENO hubbed wheel, currently un-eccentric'd. I
would need to re-eccentric it to make it work. Or just buy a geared wheel.
