Hello everyone,
With the pandemic induced economic downturn, I will have to let my bikes
go. I have a 55 cheviot that is literally brand new with less than ten
miles on it and includes the following build details:
Sugino xd2 cranks (26,36,48 I think), ahearne map bars, brooks leather
grips, nitto technomic stem, shimano brake levers, simworks potluck rack,
nitto seatpost, brooks sprung saddle, simworks hammered fenders, deore rear
derailleur, vintage campagnolo mtb front derailleur, paul thumbies, shimano
ultegra bar end shifters, grip king peddles, and tektro r559 brakes. The
wheelset is a generic 650b set I got off ebay and the tires are compass
babyshoe pass and are 650B x 42mm. I am asking $2000 plus shipping.

The craigslist listing for the cheviot is done but shoppok still has it
posted so you can see one image here:

.

I would be happy to send additional photos to anyone who might be
interested. I am not very good with technology so I don't know how to
reduce photos to attach for the purposes of the group

I also have a 51cm Sam Hillborne, the black and creme one with canti
brakes. There is a small scuff on the top tube which was there when I
bought it from a list member otherwise the frame was new. The bike also has
fewer than ten miles on it. Build details
Sugino XD2 cranks (26, 36, 48), Nitto noodle bars (46cm), Nitto technomic
stem, shimano ultegra bar end shifters (9 peed), tektro brake levers and XC
interrupter levers as well. The wheel set is very nice: The front wheel has
a son28 front dynohub laced to a Pacenti Brevet 650B rim, and the rear
wheel consists of a White Industries MI5 laced to another Pacenti Brevet
rim (wheels are brand new). The dynohub powers a Schmidt Edelux light
mounted to the front rack. Tires are black Panaracer Gravel Kings. Nitto
front rack, and Nitto campee rack on the back. Old used small Sackville
trunk sack is on the front. Altus rear derailleur. IRD front derailleur.
The front brake is a Paul canti and the rear is a diacompe canti, tektro
brake levers. The seat post is a vintage Sakae SR MTE-100 which can adjust
horizontally pretty widely (basically the same design as IRD Wayback seat
post) . The saddle is a nicely broken in Brooks B-17. Burgundy cotton bar
tape, black Velo Orange fenders. Two leg touring kickstand. Grip King
pedals. I think that is everything. The bike has less than ten miles on it
also. I am asking 2800, plus shipping.

Again, I am happy to send photos to anyone who asks. Although not RIvy and
off topic, I am also selling a 2019 Trek Carbon Checkpoint with 105
component group, and an older Bike Friday Tandem. Thanks for your
consideration and please ask questions.
Best,
Robert Blunt
