The Bombadil chart at Rivbike shows a 63cm TT on a 60cm frame. I can't find a
chart for 64 Atlantis, but that model tends to be shorter than the "mountain
bike" Toyo/MUSA frames Riv made. I suspect you could ride it.

Dave, top of saddle to crank bolt is 80 cm,31 1/2", midway of top tube
to the ground is 90.5 cm, 35 1/2".
I had a 58 Hunq, and iften thought Iwould have preferred the 62, I like big
frames, this is the first too big. It pains me to be shrinking. Steve

Steve-I’m riding a 60 cm Bombadil and Sam, this may be too big for me but
curious what your PBH is and a quick measure from top of saddle to pedal and
top tube to ground. Thanks!
