Roberta and Patrick, The simple answer is that it is hard to unlearn bad habits, especially when they are ingrained into the autonomic system of the “need” to breath. What I learned is that sinus drip, congestion, inflamation, etc, is a symptom of overbreathing. Breath less, things open up.
