My new Monstercross build has Salsa Cowchipper bars, which I love. The only tiny negative for me was the way the slanted brakelevers fit in my hand. I use SRAM S500 levers, which have a flattish top. With the Cowchipper bars, the brakelevers are slanted radically, and the corner of that f
