Nice hack, well documented to. I'm 2 days in with cowchippers/analog zero stem
replacing noodles in my Saluki... Love the bars so far. Haven't noticed the
same issue you note with your levers but I'll pay closer attention to that
tomorrow.

My new Monstercross build has Salsa Cowchipper bars, which I love. The
only tiny negative for me was the way the slanted brakelevers fit in my
hand. I use SRAM S500 levers, which have a flattish top. With the
Cowchipper bars, the brakelevers are slanted radically, and the corner of
