When you mount Silver Down Tube shifters on barconn pods, the washer with the square hole should have no tab at all. Either file yours off or buy/acquire a pair of washers without the tabs. [RBW] Question re: Silver Shifters
I just installed a new set of Silver shifters on my Albastache bar ends. What I couldn’t figure out was the orientation of the tab on the large washer with the big square hole. Where should the tab end up when installed? They did sell me downtube shifters. Is that a limiting stop that I can just grind off? Thanks.
