I've got the Zeppelins (650b version) on a bike with WTB Horizons, (650b x 47) and while they fit with no rub, there's little clearance, and I notice a lot of overspray getting past the fender and onto me and the bike. If you're at all worried about frame clearance, though, I agree that the

Gilles Berthoud makes wide enough fenders (60mm). They are stainless steel, which I know you weren't asking for, but the weight is within 100g of the honjo's, they are much stronger, the hardware is better, and they cost less than half as much. They are also perfectly flat laterally and evenly

I'm not as brave as Tom and run 60mm Berthouds over 37mm tires and theres a little too much gap aesthically, i think 42-44 would look a little better and fit fine. I have VO, Honjo and Berthouds and think the berthouds compare well, i've not weighed them but they seem more durable/tough then

I have Berthoud 60mm stainless steel fenders over 50mm Marathon sUpremes on my Atlantis.I'm comfortable with the clearance, though others whose judgment I respect on this list think it's a little skinny. But over 42mm tires they'd be perfect. They are available from Peter White Cycles.

Get the SKS B65s. I have the P65s (for 26") on my Atlantis. They are great. I'm running 46 mm tires. Gobs of room. On Monday, August 7, 2017 at 6:18:07 PM UTC-5, John G. wrote: > > Hey all, > > I'm looking to get some fenders on my Atlantis. Here's the criteria: > > - 700c wheels > -

Hi John, I've used the Velo Orange aluminum fenders on three different bikes and find them to be great. Lightweight, easier to install than SKS. I have a pair of their 65mm fenders in the garage awaiting their new bike. I'll be running these with Compass Snoqualmie Pass as well. Like the other

Velo Orange sells wide aluminum 700c fenders. 63mm are their widest model which they recommend for 52mm tires. BL in EC On Monday, August 7, 2017 at 4:18:07 PM UTC-7, John G. wrote: > > Hey all, > > I'm looking to get some fenders on my Atlantis. Here's the criteria: > > - 700c wheels > -

My rule of thumb with fenders is tire size+5-10mm=fender size. I always lean towards +10mm since i hate tiny clearances that start rubbing with the slightest knock. So, for 45mm tires you want something in the 50-55mm range. SKS fenders are named by their width, so the P50's should work. At
