Update on rack. I found the 2 important bolts for the pannier rails. It takes a
total of 6 m5 bolts to secure the rails. 2 of those need to be really short,
and I have those. The other 4 can be normal length and even canti mounting
bolts work fine. So to clarify, it is brand new but missing 4

(probably not super fat) 700c as well. its about 1.5cm shorter than the
700c version. missing the M5 bolts
