Re: [RBW] Hunqapillars?
I'm expecting mine 3d-4th week in January, or at least that's what they said. The build will be similar to the video, except for a color-matched lugged 150mm stem (their recommendation), and WTB Velociraptors (my choice), oh, and a sprung Brooks. It's a 62cm and I'm hoping for a parallel top-tube as opposed to the other. But, I didn't like the double top-tube at 1st (actually I still think it's dumb, and overkill), but it's not like it will be in my face all the time. I'm getting it specifically for a different type of riding that I can do in my area of New England, where I have an unlimited choice of narrow backroads (town roads we call them) connected by unpaved dirtroads, old abandonned, un-maintained roads that are ride-able, and the occasional interconnecting game trail, turned footpath (hence the knobbies). My aim is to sit more upright, putt along at a deliberately lower velocity, carry a bag with some eats/camera,jacket,etc., and have the gearing/tires to cover most situations, but if not...I'll get off and push. I'll send pics if you want and I'll be covering it as I ramp up my blog. http://rgzeidler.blogspot.com/ RGZ On Sat, Dec 4, 2010 at 10:21 AM, Mike wrote: > Hey, so anyone out there actually riding one?
