customers, so it's what we do regardless of what AACR2 currently says.
Libraries want the record
It has been said that RDA is an opportunity to go back to fundamental
principles. I'm not sure there is evidence we have yet done this with the
issue of when to require a new entry for a serial publication. The text of
21.2C in RDA is virtually unchanged from the parallel text in AACR2.
