OCLC, ARN 76188 has an odd 667 message and I'm not sure what it means:
THIS 1XX FIELD CANNOT BE USED UNDER RDA UNTIL THIS RECORD HAS BEEN
REVIEWED AND/OR UPDATED
It's a DLC record. So it's OK if it's NOT being used under RDA?
Any thoughts?
