Dear all,
Riccardo and I have accidentally discovered that the RDKit is
incompatible with the most recent version of numpy (v1.9.0). We're working
on getting it cleared up. In the meantime: please don't upgrade to that
version if you are an RDKit user.

Hi Greg and Matthew,
I am still having issues (which seems to still be boost related). The
following is my error:
[ 97%] Built target testChemicalFeatures
[ 97%] Built target rdChemicalFeatures
[ 97%] Swig source
/usr/local/include/boost/smart_ptr/shared_array.hpp:65: Error: Syntax error
Hi All,
I realized I was not using the exact cmake version which you pointed me to
(2.8.10.2). I switched to this version and am still getting the same error:
[ 97%] Built target testChemicalFeatures
[ 98%] Swig source
/usr/local/include/boost/smart_ptr/shared_array.hpp:65: Error: Syntax
