HI All,

I have found out the the following that might come in handy.

If you have a DOA, OB will take the RMA then contact the supplier who sent it 
to you, and have them send replacement which will be brand new.  And DOA 
actually is up to between 1-2 months if I understood correctly.  

But all this takes way more time.  2 weeks and counting in my case. And so I 
would try calling your supplier first to see if they’ll take care of it.  

However if you want something faster, and you didn’t care about getting brand 
new ( but refurbished) then don’t say its a DOA and it’’ll be the normal same 
day or next day drop ship from OB.
