I have a past off-grid customer who has now connected to the grid and I installed a transfer switch to allow him to run off-grid or grid tied. We have ACIN 1 good and line tie light lit up.. It just refuses to sell. Are there any other settings that would impact selling beyond the max sell amps

Hello Wrenches, I have a customer with a Generac EcoGen 6kw that starts and runs for about 30 seconds and then shuts down with high engine temp error. The engine is stone cold so it must be a temp sensor failure. Disconnecting the sensor or jumpering the two leads together makes no difference.
