Huawei sent me a video link that displays their Bluetooth dongle as what looks
like a (optional) thumb drive which would emit the Bluetooth signal. I guess
now I know what that is.

One thought I have about the blowing fuse is to check it with a IR tool.
I suspect a poor connection of the fuse to holder which during higher air temp
is causing it to fail.
