Bill; That sure sounds like a 3-way RV fridge to me -- propane, 120VAC or 12VDC, lever selectable, doesn't use any electricity when run on propane except sometimes a light and temperature display/control. The small 3-ways I've dealt with tended to draw ~140W, but I guess it wouldn't surprise me if
