Greetings William, Regarding a sealed charge controller; may the OutBack FLEXmax Extreme Charge Controller be an option?... Its spec sheet identifies it as being IP54 rated (dust protected) and there is an optional fan kit to help it run cooler. Just a thought, if they are still being produced
