I have been trying to figure out how to get quotas working on my RH 8
server, after I edited the /etc/fstab and inserted usrquota,grpquota
into both the /home and /web partitions and rebooted, I logged in as
root to execute quotacheck, but everything in the /home and /web
partitions were gone!
Hi, got a very severe problem.
I have two hard drives in my RS server and I am getting the secondary drive
removed. Here's the problem. After the secondary drive is removed, the server
fails to bootup completely, crashing at fsck. The server boots up fine
when the secondary drive is put
1) Install Linux
Installed RH5.1...
2) Get the printer(s) working
All the HP printers are currently working via Novell Print queues
3) Install SAMBA
Need more help in this area. What needs to be configured on the Linux server?

WORKGROUP.
My question is where LINUX do I set the workgroup name that is visible on my WIN95
stations? I would like to have it visible under LDJNET.
I did not know that Linux had Workgroups.

I just upgraded my kernel to 2.0.33. I think all went well except for the following YP
problems.
When I boot up my Linux box things seem to work fine until this point...
