Fdisk the new disk, creating a swap partition and linux partition. Make a filesystem (mkfs.ext2 /dev/hdaX) on it and mount it on your current system. cp (--recursive) all of your data to the new disk from /. Then reinstall lilo, changing new drive/etc/lilo.conf to boot /dev/hdaX instead of
