That's a really interesting problem, but I think our issue is a client-side
one.

If we hit the site with a URL with a "#" in it, it always works correctly.
For some reason, SWFAddress doesn't "stay awake" to update the URL on each
click.  It works on almost all of our servers, but on two, it's no-go.
