Follow-up Comment #2, task #7996 (project admin):

I already included a URL pointing to the source code: 
http://spacechem.batcave.net.  Go to that link with a browser, and press
ctrl-u.  It is a single file.

There shouldn't be any legal issues as far as I know. The program uses nothing
from the original game.  All information about game functionality has been
obtained through game play, observing and testing the original game's
behavior.  It's all reverse engineering.  No original code was examined,
nothing was decompiled or viewed with a debugger.  No graphics or audio were
scraped from the original.
