I'm a bit of a newbie to reiserfs, but have been searching the docs/groups
and can't work this out.
I'm trying to convert / to reiserfs. I can copy all my root data from
/dev/hda6 to /dev/hda7, edit/run lilo, and boot from /dev/hda7 as a reiser
root partition. But as soon as I make

with -o notail, and rerun lilo again.
The problem is that older versions of lilo can't deal with the
packed tails on some of the map files.
