Thanks for the quick reply Hans.
Hello,
i'm using kernel 2.6.2 with the snapshot from 06.02, and set up a two
reiser4 partitions as build/ tmp dir for my system.
1.
Every few hours, or few days (depend on the system load), during the
compiling of projects like kde or gcc, i noticed many stat data error. Is
this a known issue?
Hello,
after three days with only minor load on this fs, fsck refuse to check my
/tmp partition. Fsck.reiser4 produce the following error message:
Fscking the /dev/hdd6 block device.
Will check the consistency of the Reiser4 SuperBlock.
Will check the consistency of the Reiser4 FileSystem.

FreeBSD 4.8 as NFS client doesn't do any locking at all.
O_EXCL doesn't work across NFS anyways,
Hello everyone,
I've updated the reiserfs logging speedups and data=ordered support to
2.6.3, and fixed a few bugs:
i_block count not properly updated on files with holes
oops when the disk is full
small files were not being packed into tails
Also, the code has some extra performance tweaks to
11 matches
