changed since before GUADEC, only code design wise and others code cleanups

It will be good if we can land the new implementation of the gnome-shell
app picker. It is not a small change, but a good change for 3.10.
It's not changing anything fundamental - the app picker still consists of
frequent and all views. All view groups some applications in folders.
