I have successfully offered quite a few releases as of today in WIP
(work-in-progress) semi-official ports repository. And now KDE4 is imported

The tarballs for the 4.10.3 release are now available in the usual location.
Sorry for the delay but there was an issue with one repo that needed to be
sorted before creating the tarballs.
I've not compiled them so please report any issues you find but everything is
green in jenkins[1].
He/you can file a ticket at sysadmin.kde.org, if there are any existing openBSD
packagers on the list, we need their names mentioned in the ticket.
