I was think last night along the same lines as what just Toma said. 
CCMAIL, and tactical committing (i.e. not changing an API just before a 
tag/milestone, but at the start of a new phase) would probably go a long

It complains about turtlelang entity not being defined as far as i can 
remember, the Debian team had the same problem, maybe you built against kdelibs 
not from 4.4.2?

This looks like a bug that I thought Arno has already fixed. I'm just building 
the smoke phonon library against the version of phonon I have installed with 
Kubuntu KDE 4.4. I assume this is some version of the version of Phonon that 
is in Gitorius.

That was caused by the (known?) bug in scripts/update_xml. 

For documentations with more than one docbook in case of failure update_xml 
only reverts the file index.docbook, but it should revert every changed docbook 
to avoid such a situation.
