It depends when some dev wants to write some code which depends on a Qt 5.10 
API, but worst case it can be made optional until the beta which is Thursday 
May 17.

I'm still waiting for an answer on this.

Plasma developers are reminded that dependency bumps have a
notification period, which due to the lack of Jonathan's reply hasn't
yet started.

I think we could upgrade the CI to 5.10 "sans webengine" -- which is the
one part we are missing.
