Religions may have special and unique features for legal

By the way, I think it's not entirely accurate to say Boy Scouts discriminate on sexual orientation of members. Under BSA Youth Protection guidelines, it would be inappropriate for a leader to make such inquiry of youth members, especially 7-year-old Tiger Cubs. The issues have been litigated for
