Well, parents have the authority and the duty
My son, who is a law student at another school, told
me that one of his professor's has a fun way of
describing the reasonable observer test under the EC.
He says just ask WWSD. What Would Sandra Do!

sufficient to protect the children from any proper
concern of the EC. However, there is no reason to
forbid Mrs. Smith from after school association with
children whose parents have chosen to enroll them in
her program. That is for the parents to decide.
