John, Front-end crystal filters are generally available only up to 200 MHz or thereabouts, so you may not find a supplier of such a filter for the 70cm band. Here is one of several sources of crystal filters: http://www.mtronpti.com/products/index.php?id=65 73, Eric Lemmon WB6FLY

Either *should* work. You would have to consult the data sheets but as I recall the C version is CMOS, perhaps a little less current draw and faster operation. 73 de Jack - N7OO - Original Message - From: Mike Reed To: Repeater-Builder@yahoogroups.com Sent: Friday, November

Gary, EMI Filter Company offers many styles and ratings of feed-through filters. The last batch I bought from EMI was #B8P203B, which is rated 0.02uF and 100V, with an 8-32 shank. As I recall, they cost about a buck apiece when you get 25- a very good price. Go here:

The 27C64 is a low power version of the 2764 so it depends on the design of your controller as to exactly what will happen if you try to substitute the higher power version. They are pin for pin interchangeable. Generally the high power version requires more TTL drive while it provides more
