Maybe, but maybe not. The Wacom WP-678-R1 is specified to cover 440 to 470 MHz. The R2 (Range 2) model covers 470 to 494 MHz, and the R3 model covers 488 to 512 MHz. Try it and see. It may work fine, but with less than optimum
