Do you know what it is using for a radio or radios? GM300s? R1225 module? High RF noise enviroment? It should make a pretty good repeater except either one of those combinations isn't the best for long winded QSOs. Make sure the fan is in good working order and the air intact and exhaust

It comes with the stock controller, tuned to our coordinated pair and power supply. It will be on a city owned water tower by itself . So we shouldn't have any interference problems. This is our first repeater so we are learning as we go. this forum has been a big help. Phil KF6MXK [EMAIL

What all do you get for the $1200? I have a GR300 (basically the same repeater), turned the power down to 21 watts, on solar power and only paid $250 for it (not a scratch on it). Brand new I was told the GR300 sells for around $1200 to $1500. Just FYI. What controller comes with it? They come
