You definitely have a MICOR base station.  Here's what the numbers you
provided mean:

C71RCB-1146D is a 100 watt, continuous duty base station with carrier
squelch, non-extender receiver, two-frequency transmit and receive with
two separate receivers, for tone remote control operation.  The "D" by
itself indicates a base station; a "DT" indicates a repeater station.

The TCN1223A is a Unified Chassis for a base station.
The TLN1865A is a second receiver.
The TLB6854BPR is a receiver for 42-50 MHz.
The TLB8274A3 is an exciter board for 42-50 MHz.
The TLB1414C2 is a 100 watt continuous duty power amplifier for 42-50
MHz.
