Motorola actually sells the 'dummy mic plug' that has this jumper in it.
I just use Ethernet tools and plugs and a piece of wire and make my own.

Hi Skipp.
I have one in my hand right now. If you hold the plug with the pins up
and the clip towards the back, it is the 3rd and 4th pins counting from
right to left. As Mike posted, it counts the opposite of an Ethernet cable.
