I have a 2001/C service monitor without a service manual. I am looking
for one. In particular I need the video section. My vertical is bad,
may had something to do with the ground coming off the CRT. The
tracking generator is not working either.
Any thoughts or sources for the

I don't presently have a manual but had one of these monitors with the same
issue.
I found that one of the thumb wheel switches was bad. Replacing it solved the
problem. Of course this may not be your problem but hope it helps.
