In going through some junk I found an old
ISA memory board with 18 socketed ICs on
it - part number D4164C-3 made by NEC
Another ISA board has 9 KM41256B-15 and
18 of the KM4164B-15 chip.
If I remember correctly these chips fit
older PCs and Apple IIs
