I would recommend the SCOM 7330 controller. It is a three port controller
and is very nicely laid out card. You can hook up a IRLP as well a weather
station to it and all that.

I use a RLC 2a , RLC 3 and a RC 210 all good controllers and all will do
what you want ..
if its just for the repeater and a IRLP/Echo link node all you need is a 3
port controller and I would say go with the Arcom RC210
