Hi All
I recently purchased a Sinclir I2210A Dual Isolator for our local 2m repeater.
I was wondering if there is anyone out there who has information on how to
align this device ?
Kindest regards

Would anyone have a simple diagram for joining 2 separate maxon sm4450
repeaters together in real time
I.e. Rx1 --+---tx1
I
Rx2--+tx2
So what is received from rx1 transmitts to tx1 and TX 2 and what is received
from rx2 goes over tx1 and tx2
Thank You,

Hi Ian,
How about building a 3 way 600Z resistive bridge with 7x 220R resistors,
feeding each TX into two of the three ports and utilising the last port for
either RX1 or RX2, which is switched into the remaining port via the active RX
COS control driving into a DPST relay to select the

Could someone enlighten me, the cavities are factory tuned 145.6875 tx 145.0875

Hi Willie,
You should be able to get that info from Sonclair Technologies, Cambrigde.
01223 42 03 03.
They have a short term internet access problem this morning but suggest try
later in day once Canada wakes up and fixes the issue.

This might double up...

Wullie,
If the isolator was made for a frequency that is more than 4 MHz away from
your 2m transmit frequency, it cannot be tuned to work properly that far
away from its design frequency. No matter who makes the unit, each isolator
(which is called a circulator if dummy loads are not provided)
Canada wakes up ??

What about factory-installed circulators, such as those in a UHF Motorola MICOR
station/repeater? Who can those be sent to for proper retuning?

But cant you just use a controller for this ??
a 2 port controller will do what you want and will allow you to disconect A
repeater from B Repeater is A or B has a problem

Larry,
That's an excellent question! Since the Micor circulators were designed and
intended primarily for protection against PA destruction due to load
mismatches, they are a special case. When protection against
intermodulation was needed, an additional outboard isolator was specified-

Ian,
Do you happen to have wire line control options on those? I tried to do a
quick search for a manual online for them and got nothing. It should not be
any big issue at all to bridge the two repeaters together. Just need to see
what kind of control setup they are using.

Kris,
I take it you've never seen what an impedance imbalance does to the notch depth
of a BpBr duplexer. It's not a pretty site.

Hi all,
I am looking for an amp for a micor I am putting together for a GMRS rptr for
my sons. The 75 wat turned down seems to be a good way to go. Finding one is
the hard part. If you have one and care to part with it let me know.
Guido
where are you at?

Howdy All,
So I am trying to get a COR out of the Spectra A5. Would pin #9 be the best
way of getting it?
Thanks,
