Nope, you would be better to run seperate TX and RX aerials with notch
cavities to get the isolation.

A duplexer can be made to work about any split - even your 750 kHz
split. But, I'm not sure many people make UHF duplexers that will handle
that split. They certainly are not common. If that's a common split in
your country, maybe they do.
