and programs, but starts out at least 1.1K low when transmitting after
a cold power on, and stays there for quite a while. Once I transmit

Your radio is performing within the published specifications of +/-
0.00015%, which is 1.5 PPM. At 941 MHz, the upper extreme of its specified
range, the error could be 1.4 kHz and still meet spec. The specs are on

I like the season 1 episodes where they were talking on the Kenwood
TR-7950/30. I never got a chance to see what frequency it was on (if
they showed it).
