Hello Group,
Does anybody have a UHF EMR Corp 7 cavity filter (6567 Series) that I could
ask some dimensioned from please? Such as coupling loop dimensions etc?
I have a heap of 850 MHz 3/4 Wavelength cavities that are surplus and am
keen to investigate modifying these to 440 MHz 1/4
Garreth,
Before you tear into them and start changing things inside try putting one on
the bench and retuning it to your 440 freq. with a SA and TG. you might be
surprised at the results when your dealing with harmonics of the original
factory tuned frequenct. If you get decent results on

Its the same as the one in the front of a mobile unit, up front near
the handle, also I think there is one on the Pasm. If I wanted one
there is where I would look.
If you have no luck I am sure I got one New Old Stock. But
Grainger also carries Posidrive screwdriver.I got my set there.
Eric,
Mark here. This is what I found out about the LS series for your
reading pleasure. Hope it helps.
Mark KB6SRT- Oh and I will be in touch for the radio project we

well
i googled with
19A116375-1
not much chance yet,it is an TO-220 style regulator,,,i am not sure
thanks anyway for your suggestion,
gervais ve2ckn
As I recall from your post months ago, you were talking about a transistor in
the 10-volt regulator card. There is no TO-220 regulator in that card, but
there is a transistor.
Assuming a part number of 19A116375P1, that crosses to ECG153 or TIP32, or
TIP42A.
Google came up with several hits
Has anyone ever successfully taken a range 2 (36-42) Maratrac and
brought it down to 29.6MHz? Or should I just throw these things into
the trash?

We tried tuning some wacom 900 MHZ band pass cavities on 440 and found ours
would not tune, the center tuning stub was too long I believe. Ours could be
shortened easily I don't know about EMR stuff though.

Pushing the range 2 boards would require a bunch of parts changes. You'd pretty
much have to convert
the RF and PA boards to range 1. New boards are still available but at enormous
cost so I'd suggest
patiently looking around for a radio with the right boards in it. Please don't
trash the other
I've got 5 36-42 range 2 Maratracs. Three work fine, one is missing
the logic board, and one had a coil cut off of it (they were to be
made inoperable before disposal, but I got lucky and 3 made it out
alive!).
Anyone have a need for them? Cheap or will trade for something I
might be able
