Hello all,
I'm in need of a used RICK. Any one in the group have a clue where I may get
one? Or any help how to make two Motorola radios 1: GM300 and a 2: SM120 work
as a repeater?
Thank you
Bruce
Have you ever watched the movie the ninth gate?
Someone comes to a fellow with a massive lot of stuff.
Buys the choicest bits for a song because he told the fellow:
This other stuff is too expensive for me but you can sell it on ebay for a
premium price.

Not really. The vendor of the GR300 repeater is as sane as you and me, and
he is really smart. He knows that some nut out in la-la land will gladly

Hi all!
I'm trying to repair a TAIT T807 power supply.
The T4 transformer (115/230V to 18V) was damaged during transport.
I had one custom-made, but without the 115V winding. I installed it and
along with it replaced C37
which looked ... defective.
Now the power supply goes into stand-by mode

I see assorted items for various prices on Ebay. Some worthwhile, some not,
like the 800 Mhz Exec II that the seller says jhe was told can be conveted

Thanks for the informaiton everyone! I think I got what I needed to make this

Will make sure I don't interfer with anything, but I only need 2 or 3 channels

When I worked in the paging business we had a couple of outdoor Motorola
cabinets that worked OK. Maybe you can find one from someone still in
the business. I've got one in the garage, but I want it.
The other thought would be to stay inside the shelter and connect an

Try your local DOT. Look for a used traffic control box. The kind you see
sitting on the corner of an intersection. Usually when they redo intersections
they put in new and discard the old. You may need a second one for the
duplexors but that's not usually a bad thing
