Hi,
Does anyone have a TLN8381A 114.8 Hz vibrasponder? Also, is there a difference
between the KLN6209 and TLN8183 reeds?
Thanks in advance,

[Repeater-Builder] Help Identifying a Motorola PA

2010-06-16 Thread nativeMT
I was given a PA with a part number TLD2772A.

The unit looks to be a rack mount PA with RG142 w/ n connectors for both input
and output.

The circuit board is unique in that it is ceramic substrate with laser etched
film resistors and surface mount parts. The output transistor is a single
SRF-4019.

Can anyone give me information on this PA?

Thanks,
Corey

Re: [Repeater-Builder] Help Identifying a Motorola PA

2010-06-16 Thread La Rue Communications
According to my model breakdown sheet its a VHF 144-174 MHz PA. If its like the
PAs we have - they would be somewhere in the neighborhood of 105W output power.

I have one for 114.8 Hz.

John,
Here is a link to a picture I took of the circuit board assembly. I've
never seen an assy like this one that can do 100 watts. Is this what
your PAs look like?

I agree, the Pro was a pleasure to tune when it was woking right. Of course
the Progress line was also a pleasure to tune, both TX and RX.
I hated to do it but a short while back I took all the Pro stuff to the
landfill. Sid. WA4VBC

Group,

I have a Sinclair Model Q202GC VHF 148-174 Duplexer that I am looking to
sell if anyone is interested. This duplexer is in very good condition and
looks almost like new. I purchased this duplexer in the fall of 2009 and was
told by the person I purchased it from that this duplexer was assigned as a
backup duplexer but was never put into service, I had a local radio tech
retune it for me and it was going to be put in use for a railroad museum but
plans had changed so it was never placed into service so I no longer need
the duplexer and I am offering it for sale. Some specs from Sinclair's
