Can anyone who uses a Advanced Research Preamp on Your Repeater Answer this
question ,If the Preamp goes Bad dos that just put the Receive back to
where it would be without the Pre Amp in Line or will it actually because it
went bad Attenuate the Receive.

that a Actual receiver IE Scanner running the right Software would actually
find and see more Hits because it is actually a Receiver. I know for a fact
I can hear a lot more on a Cheap Scanner then using a Service Monitor on the
same antenna. What do I not understand here

I have a ARR On My 440 And 220 Repeaters, No Problems Of course they are
both Motorola Micors thanks to this group . So that explains No Problems
You can tell I am biased.

the Repeater Just keeps on working. , So I Just stay at home and Listen how
happy the Users are. Some actually think I did all the work; well I did put
the Coax and Power Supply and Voice Id , and that is So Clear I have had
People ask Me why I ignore them When they have Called Me.

Anyone have any Ideas. Weak Signals sound Distorted, Muffled , and Off
freq, But I can listen on the Input at Home and they are Clear . System is
in the Cold A Motorola Micor Mobile. 220 Repeater. Advanced Research Preamp,
Audio sounds Great on stronger signals.
