[Repeater-Builder] Question about Duplexer cabling

I have a Decibel DB4076W-A duplexer 450-470Mhz thats missing the tee connector that goes to the antenna feedline and its 2 cables that goes to the cans. How hard is it to replace these missing pieces? I take it the tee not just a tee conector. Thanks Cecil lale KF6ZOK Yahoo!
