[Repeater-Builder] MSR Exciter Module installed in a Micor Mobile?
Forgot to put in the item number... Re: MSR Exciter Module installed in a Micor Mobile? Ebay Item Number 350256769308 I went on a quick Ebay Search to see if I could find an MSR-2000 Manual listed at Auction. I hit on a strange looking MSR-2000 Exciter (transmitter) board inside a Micor Mobile? I had to enlarge the picture, a few double takes until I figured out what I was looking at. Ohhh. now I get it. Off the decafe for the rest of the day... s. Skipp: Looks like its placed on top of a legal pad, on top of a GE Rangr or Delta mobile. Funny how they pick the backgrounds for the pictures. Nope, That's not a Micor, it's a GE something or another (Delta??). If you look closely at the wording under the upper part of the card, it ends in 'ic.' I had to go look for myself since I couldn't figure out how, or why one would install a MSR2K exciter in a micor. Re: OT Re: [Repeater-Builder] MSR Exciter Module installed in a Micor Mobile?
Definitely on a Delta mobile. RANGRs are darker in color and more rounded. But, it's also definitely a MSR exciter. The guy likely ran out of desktop. Happens to me a lot, too. :-) Joe M.
