Has anyone encountered this problem with the Spectra Tac receivers? I
have a number of receivers that are having an issue of the squelch
being opened up by something in the circuitry ramping up a voltage.
Or at least that is what I believe. The problem is that the receiver
only has the PL
Tac (Micor) receiver problem?

I had a bad cap on the power supply do that at one time.
