Hi Eric, I looked all through the user's manual (on the supplied disk), but the only thing they talked about was the backlighting control. Thought it would be there also. I'll check it again, perhaps I missed it. Thanks, Tim

Hi Eric, Apparently that feature is not available. I've done enough LCD work to know about biasing, etc, so I might dig into the control head do some measurements. Would be helpful if I had a schematic of the head tho! Thanks, Tim

Hi Folks, I asked this question on Batlabs, but haven't gotten any response, so I figured I'd ask here. I have an XTL2500 Mobile unit, and the control head is angled so the viewing angle is really bad - the entire display looks somewhat dark - certainly darker than looking straight on. Anybody
