The technical requirements for a transmitter useable for GMRS service ARE: 1. FCC part 95 type acceptance. 2. Transmitter frequency stability of .00025% To check if the equipment you want to use meets the technical specifications for use as a GMRS repeater transmitter. Use the FCC ID number on t
